After purchasing a home in Westfield, New Jersey, Maria and Derek Broaddus started receiving disturbing letters from “The Watcher”. The letters explained the watcher’s family had watched over the 657 Boulevard home since the 1920s. The letters also mentioned the activities of the Broaddus family while renovating the home. “Have they found what is in the walls yet? In time they will.”
